Dear Member,

Join us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting. The AGM is free to attend but you must be a member to vote. 

Exercise your membership privileges and hear the following information:

• A Financial Report summarizing financial activity for the previous year detailing account balances, donations, and noteworthy activity.
• A CEO's Report highlighting key achievements, action items, fundraising initiatives, and noteworthy developments undertaken during the past year.
• A Candidate Report on a candidate search status and/or a full activity report for each approved candidate present.
• Director nomination contest planning, if applicable.

Please join us after the AGM for our BBQ Fundraiser & Archery & to meet Max and have Q&A with him and your candidates! (Speeches, Q&A begin approx. 12:00)

Cost is only $50/person for the BBQ. This includes the $15 fee to use the grounds and $15 for the lunch. A $20 donation tax receipt will be sent to you.

Please let us know if you have any food restrictions so we may accommodate your needs.

If you are interested in the archery, you may bring your own bow & arrows at no extra cost. If you wish to rent a bow & arrow, the cost is $40 to be paid for at the Wolf's Den Shop.
